Dr James Beattie and his team

Dr James Beattie is the Medical Director of Aberdeenshire’s latest aesthetic service, The Grampian Cosmetic Clinic in Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. Originally trained as a radiologist, he has spent 35 years in active General Practice in Inverurie Health Centre. He is a Fellow of both the Royal College of General Practitioners and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, and he is a fully accredited therapist in a wide range of cosmetic laser skin treatments.

He has continually strived to improve and to extend the range of health and welfare services available to residents in Aberdeenshire. He has a special interest in aeshetic health care, and The Grampian Cosmetic Clinic is the latest evolution of his positive health philosophy.

Dr Beattie practises aesthetic healthcare supported by Mrs Doreen Restall, a State Registered Nurse, and Cosmetic Laser Technician Sharon Hanton.

The team at The Grampian Cosmetic Clinic believe that a sense of personal well-being is as important to your physical and psychological health as medical care. Some superficial skin abnormalities and effects of ageing can cause considerable distress and dismay to feeling good about yourself. Modern sophisticated lasers can now allow experienced therapists to heal many of these complaints safely and effectively.
